Our Guidelines

Purpose and Overview

Some of the most demanding industries rely on us to provide solutions for their complex problems. As a company that produces high-quality products and operates with integrity, we have earned their trust.
For us, honest management means acting correctly at all times, regardless of whether someone is observing us or not.
By consistently winning business with honesty and fairness, and demonstrating good ethical principles in our work, we have grown and thrived in today's complex and competitive business environment. Seeking help and guidance from this Code can help us fulfill our commitments. You can find standards for the following items in the Guidelines:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Promote integrity and the highest ethical standards of behavior
• Help us avoid any suspicion of misconduct in our company's business activities
All employees of the company (including senior executives and the board of directors) must read, understand, and comply with the standards and obligations outlined in this Code.
All members of our global family, including consultants, agents, suppliers, contractors, and other third parties, are extensions. They must abide by the spirit of our Code of Conduct and all applicable contract terms when working.

If you supervise our business partners or employees, it is your responsibility to communicate our standards and ensure that they are understood. If a business partner fails to comply with our ethical and compliance requirements or contractual obligations related to them, it may result in termination of the contract.

Employee Responsibilities

We must all take responsibility for acting with integrity, even if it means making difficult choices. We must all fulfill our duties and responsibilities in order to succeed and grow.

When representing our company, always act in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
• Understand the information in the Guidelines and company policies, paying special attention to topics related to one's job responsibilities.
Timely complete all necessary employee training and stay up-to-date with the latest standards and requirements.
For any behavior that may violate our guidelines, policies, or laws, please report it to your manager, supervisor, or any resources listed in this guideline.
When facing investigations or audits, cooperate and speak the truth. As a response to the investigation or in anticipation of an investigation, do not tamper with or destroy records.

Please remember that no reason, including the desire to achieve business goals, can be used as an excuse to violate our guidelines, policies, or laws.

Making the Right Choice - Guiding Principles for Moral Decision Making Making the right decision is not always that simple. Sometimes, you may face pressure or not know what to do. When faced with difficult decisions, always remember that you are not alone and helpless. There are multiple resources available to assist you.

Raise questions and report concerns
If you see or suspect any behavior that violates our guidelines, policies, or laws, or if you have questions about how to take action, please speak frankly. If you are unwilling to talk to your manager, there are other resources available to help you:
Contact a member of the senior leadership team or executive leadership team.
Contact the Human Resources or Legal Department.
• Use the hotline. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the issues you raised are properly resolved. Our anti retaliation policy is committed to maintaining an environment where employees can report any behavior they know or genuinely believe violates the Code, company policies, or laws without fear of retaliation. We will not tolerate threats or retaliation against any employee who sincerely asks questions, provides information, or reports potential misconduct. Any retaliation against employees who report or raise issues with integrity is a violation of our Code of Conduct.
'Integrity' reporting means sincerely attempting to provide honest, complete, and accurate information, even if the information later proves to be unfounded or incorrect.

Accountability and Discipline

Violating our guidelines, policies, or laws, or encouraging others to do so, will result in liability and expose us to reputational risks. If there are indeed ethical or compliance issues, we encourage you to report them so that we can develop effective solutions. You should also understand that violating laws and regulations may result in legal proceedings and penalties, including criminal prosecution in some cases.

Exemptions and Changes to the Guidelines
In rare cases, limited exemptions may be required for the Guidelines. Any waiver of this Code by an executive officer or director may only be made by a committee composed of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel, and will be disclosed in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We may revise this Code from time to time to reflect the latest guidelines, changes in legal provisions, or changes in policies.
